Eugene Anthony “Tony” Naes Jr., a Senior Director of Quest Administrative Services, is a finance, accounting and operations executive with over 30 years of experience and has extensive experience providing senior financial and operational services to entities that have reorganized under Chapter 11.

For the past 12 years, Tony was an SVP and the CFO of Adelphia Communications Corporation. In his roles, Tony provided leadership over all financial operations, managed complex litigations, sold estate assets, and settled significant deal escrows which enabled the Estate to distribute over $14 billion to Adelphia's Creditors.

Previously Tony had senior leadership roles at AT&T Broadband, MediaOne, US West New Vector, Arch Communications and Westlink Paging.

Mr. Naes is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and has a Master of Science Degree with honors in Organizational Leadership from Regis University.
